What are the admission requirements for different programs?

All applicants need to submit academic records, CNIC/B-Form copy, passport photographs, and registration fee.

When does admission start for different programs?

  • Entry Test Programs: Admissions open January 15, session starts February 1
  • FSc/ICS Programs: Admissions open May 1, session starts June 1 (annual intake)
  • General Courses: Rolling admissions throughout the year

We recommend applying early as seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is there an entrance test or interview for admission?

What documents are required for admission?

Fees & Payment

What is the fee structure for different programs?

Our fee structure:

  • Entry Test Programs (MDCAT/ECAT): PKR 60,000 - 80,000 for 6-8 months
  • FSc/ICS Coaching: PKR 8,000 - 12,000 per month
  • English Speaking Course: PKR 5,000 per month (3 months)
  • Mathematics Foundation: PKR 6,000 per month (4 months)
  • Computer Courses: PKR 5,000 - 7,000 per month
  • Junior Classes: PKR 4,000 - 6,000 per month

Fees include tuition, study materials, regular tests, and assessments. Registration fee is separate.

Are installment facilities available for fee payment?

Yes! We offer flexible payment options:

  • Entry Test Programs: Can be paid in 2-3 installments
  • FSc/ICS Programs: Monthly fee payment system
  • General Courses: Can be paid monthly or in full with 5% discount

Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment. Installment schedules are discussed during admission.

Do you offer scholarships or financial assistance?

Yes, we offer merit-based scholarships:

  • Scholarships cover up to 50% of tuition fees
  • Awarded based on entrance test performance or previous academic records
  • Students with 85%+ in board exams automatically qualify for scholarship consideration
  • Limited scholarships available each session

Is there a refund policy if I withdraw from the program?

Our refund policy:

  • Withdrawal within first week: 80% refund (registration fee non-refundable)
  • Withdrawal within first month: 50% refund
  • After first month: No refund
  • Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis with proper documentation

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reason and supporting documents if applicable.

What is included in the fee besides tuition?

  • Complete tuition and teaching for all subjects in your program
  • Study materials including handouts, notes, and practice sheets
  • Regular weekly tests and monthly assessments
  • Mock exams and past paper practice sessions
  • Performance tracking and progress reports
  • Access to library and multimedia resources
  • Parent-teacher meeting consultations

Books, stationery, and transportation are not included and are the student's responsibility.

What are the class timings?

  • Entry Test Programs: Morning batch (8 AM - 1 PM) or Evening batch (2 PM - 7 PM), daily 5-6 hours
  • FSc/ICS Programs: Morning batch (8 AM - 12 PM) or Afternoon batch (1 PM - 5 PM), 4-5 hours daily
  • General Courses: Various time slots including evening sessions (6 PM - 8 PM) for working students
  • Junior Classes: Morning or afternoon batches, 2-3 hours daily

Specific timings are confirmed during admission based on program and batch availability.

Is transportation service available?

Yes, we offer optional transportation service:

  • Safe and reliable van service covering major routes in Hyderabad
  • Separate arrangements for male and female students
  • Experienced drivers with verified credentials
  • Additional monthly fee: PKR 2,000 - 3,000 (varies by distance)

Transportation routes and availability details are provided during admission. Students can opt in or out at any time.

How do you track student progress and performance?
